- Try to maintain a consistent routine that provides you with adequate sleep and time to unwind. This is particularly important if you are working from home as a result of COVID-19, because it’s easy to blur the lines between “home” and “workplace”.
- Limit your exposure to social media if it’s causing you to feel anxious, and be sure to find a reliable source for receiving accurate news.
