I work with professionals experiencing anxiety, and depression. They also may be experiencing grief and loss, difficult life transitions, feeling “stuck” or seeking a higher quality of life. I specialsie in helping people with generlaised, social anxiety, phobias and obsessive compulsive behaviour.

I work with professionals who engage in unhealthy behaviours that led to problems like addiction. This includes compulsively engaging in behaviour such as drug taking,, emotional eating, gambling, drinking or gaming.

I work with professionals who feel stuck in their careers and who want more meaning, purpose and direction in their work. They also might be experiencing workplace conflict with their manager or colleagues or staff. Also, they may want assistance in growing in their role or help in transitioning to the next role or career step.

I work with professionals individually and as couples. I help people looking for greater intimacy or coping with relationship distress. By encouraging couples to communicate their emotions effectively I guide them towards a greater understanding of what is causing them to behave the way they do.
